As a woman who has had a first-hand experience with debilitating hormone-related health conditions, I became more curious about the root causes and things I could do to improve my wellbeing. I learnt a lot along the way; and whilst I already knew that lifestyle choices and diet can affect one's health, it suddenly hit me that we pay careful attention to what we eat but we don't scrutinise what we put on our body. I discovered that long term exposure to toxic chemicals can wreck havoc on our health and hormones.
